Generating satellite sleepers in Train Driver 2
In the next simulator update, the process of generating satellite foundations will be significantly simplified thanks to the new editor’s functionality.

Operations in the Oerlikon FVel6 valve with the Oerlikon EP2 tipping valve in EN57 type vechicle.
R position – releasing, N position – neutral, position B – braking.

Novelties in 2019.1.1: Devices in signal boxes
In the upcoming version of Train Driver 2 dispatchers will benefit from new or enhanced models of mechanical devices in signal boxes:
Point and route levers have been modified, combiner and interlocking switch bench have been added. Block apparatus also changed its appearance:
A novelty which will influence the gameplay is the point locking. For this purpose, facing point locks (FPLs), marked as Rg, will show up in signal boxes:
Novelties in 2019.1.1: Rolling stock in POLREGIO livery
In the upcoming version of Train Driver 2 there will be plethora of trains in POLREGIO livery available.

Novelties in 2018.3.1: Changes in Parzęczewo scenery
At the Parzęczewo station another modernization stage has ended. In the upcoming version of Train Driver 2 tracks 9, 11, 13 next to platforms 1, 2 will be put into service.
Additionally, an electrified one-track railway route Pt along with a junction post Cibórz Most will become available. However, the latter will be still out of service.

Novelties in 2018.3.1: Curved switches
Users using scenery builder in the upcoming version of Train Driver 2 will benefit from curved switches. Full list of switches that will appear in the new builder is shown below. Those fall into three categories:
- one-sided – both curves with different radii diverge to the left or to the right
- two-sided – curves with different radii diverge each to the other side
- two-sided symmetrical – curves with the same radius diverge each to the other side
This categorization is also applied to the builder’s graphical interface.
